MA+A is a data driven company. We thrive on collegiate ticket purchase data, trends, and past experiences to shape strategy and vision. This is a collaborative process between the agency and the collegiate brand to understand historical model performance. One small example is our analysis of web site activation metrics. We use Google Analytics or Google 360 to understand the metrics of consumer interaction.
By implementing data mining techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering, MA+A develops strategic insights into customer purchases, and behaviors .We can then make decisions based on relevant data and continue to optimize campaigns. This is a continual process of betterment as new insights become available.
CUSTOMER JOURNEY DESIGN
MA+A goes through several iterations of customer journey design. Each product line has several personas. Each persona will have an individual customer journey. Those individual journeys will be understood to better optimize each segment in each overall campaign. The MA+A proprietary sales funnel process, in collaboration with our collegiate brand, will develop the design thinking which will in turn activate performance.
MA+A uses our unique tracking capabilities to directly track the number of conversions digitally and also records the monetary value of those transactions to provide the client with a return on investment (ROI). Traditional marketing is more of a top of funnel activity which makes it more challenging to track. Once the consumer engages your owned assets we then begin to track progress from top of funnel. This not only runs through your assets like web site, but also interfaces with Ticketmaster and other third party support systems.
